Capital QB’s is proud to host the 3rd Annual Commanders QB & REC Camp, returning to the Embrun Sports Dome on Saturday, May 9th, 2026.
After back-to-back sold-out camps, the Commanders Camp has become one of the most respected quarterback and receiver development events in Eastern Canada, drawing athletes from Ontario, Quebec, and across the country.
Designed for players who want more than just drills, this camp blends elite skill development, high-performance movement training, and leadership education—all in one focused, high-impact afternoon.
Whether you’re commanding the huddle or creating separation on the outside, this camp is built to elevate your game.
Built on the L.E.A.D. Philosophy
The Commanders Camp is structured around Capital QB’s proven L.E.A.D. Philosophy:
Leadership – Commanding the huddle, sideline presence, and competitive mindset
Extension of Plays – Movement, improvisation, and play-making ability
Athleticism – Speed, agility, balance, and durability
Decision-Making – Processing, timing, and execution under pressure (*New: QBDT)
Every drill, station, and teaching period reinforces these four pillars.
What to Expect at Camp
🏈 Quarterbacks Will Focus On:
- Footwork and pocket mechanics
- Throwing progression drills (1-step, 3-step, on the run)
- RPO fundamentals and decision-making
- Leadership development and quarterback IQ
🏃♂️ Receivers Will Focus On:
- Route running and timing
- Hands, ball tracking, and body control
- On-air timing sessions with live quarterbacks

Returning for his third consecutive year, Joey leads the camp’s dynamic warm-up, speed, agility, and movement preparation, setting the physical tone for the entire day.

Ages & Grouping
👦🧒 Ages 9–19
Players will be split into Junior (9–13) and Senior (14–19) groups to ensure age-appropriate instruction and competitive balance.

- $100 Regular Rate (after April 15, 2026)
Receivers (REC)
- $50 Flat Rate
