Meet Aaron Colbon, a standout former quarterback of the Ottawa Gee-Gees, who is set to impart his wisdom as a guest coach at the Commanders QB Camp. Standing at 6 feet tall and weighing 195 pounds, Aaron’s athletic prowess was evident throughout his time with the Gee-Gees, especially during his remarkable final season.

Hailing from Ottawa, Ontario, and an alumnus of Sir Wilfrid Laurier Secondary School, Aaron pursued a major in Social Sciences while dedicating himself to football. In his fifth and final year, he demonstrated exceptional leadership and skill, playing in 8 games and amassing an impressive 2,490 passing yards, which translates to an average of 311.3 yards per game. His accuracy and vision on the field led to 20 touchdowns, showcasing his ability to execute under pressure.

Over his collegiate career, Aaron completed 412 of 716 pass attempts, with a completion percentage of 57.5%. He accumulated a total of 6,042 passing yards, an average of 8.4 yards per attempt, and threw 45 touchdowns against 28 interceptions, culminating in a quarterback rating of 141.3. His 2013-14 season stands as a testament to his growth and success, marking him as one of the most efficient and dynamic quarterbacks in Ottawa Gee-Gees history.
