Are you ready to elevate your game? Join us at the 2nd Annual Capital QB’s Commanders Camp, where quarterbacks aged 14 to 19 from across Ontario and Quebec will come together for a day of elite training and development. Last year’s SOLD OUT event was a resounding success, and we’re excited to make 2025 even better.

What to Expect at This Year’s Camp
Welcome and Kickoff
- Begin the day with a clear focus on the camp’s goals and values.
- Receive a briefing on the camp structure and what to expect from the day’s activities.
Dynamic Warm-Up
- Engage in a variety of warm-up exercises designed to prime your body and mind for peak performance.

Fundamental Skills Circuit
- Rotate through stations that focus on enhancing your fundamental quarterback skills.
- Work on agility, technique, and position-specific drills to build a solid foundation.
Skill Development

RPO (Run-Pass Option) Training
- Learn the mechanics and decision-making process behind the RPO.
- Practice reading defenses and making quick, smart decisions to either run or pass based on real-game scenarios.
Advanced Techniques Workshop
- Delve into advanced concepts and techniques tailored for aspiring quarterbacks.
- Implement drills that simulate real-game situations to improve your awareness and on-field intelligence.
Competition and Challenges
