We are excited to announce our upcoming quarterback training camp in collaboration with renowned coach Ron Raymond at Capital QBs. This unique program integrates specialized gym sessions tailored to the distinct physical demands of quarterbacks, a focus often overlooked in traditional football strength training.

Training Structure:

    •    Junior Athletes (Ages 8-12): Sessions emphasize movement-based exercises and band-resisted workouts to develop foundational strength, flexibility, and proper throwing mechanics.

    •    Senior Athletes (Ages 13-18): Sessions focus on strength development using weight training to enhance shoulder and hip muscles, crucial for effective throwing mechanics.

Session Details:

    •    Group Size: 3 athletes per session

    •    Schedule:

    •    Juniors: Thursdays from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM

    •    Seniors: Thursdays from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM

Note: In the event of high demand for the weightlifting sessions, additional slots will be available on Wednesday and Friday evenings to accommodate more participants.
