This online quarterback course is designed for young, developing QBs who want to elevate their football IQ. Delivered live via Zoom with interactive breakdowns using Capital QB’s HUDL account and real OSFL game film, this course gives players the edge from the neck up!
Leadership Module Included: As part of Lesson 1, you’ll complete a Leadership Questionnaire designed to help you discover what type of quarterback leader you are. Whether you’re vocal like Drew Brees or analytical like Peyton Manning, understanding your leadership style is the first step to becoming a complete field general. Once submitted, we’ll send you a personalized summary of your leadership traits and how you can use them to lead your team both on and off the field.
- Lesson 1: Basic Introduction to Quarterback Play – Learn the foundational responsibilities of the quarterback position, specific terminology, and what it means to be a true field general.
- Lesson 2: Understanding Offenses, Exploiting Matchups, Reading Coverages & Fronts – Master the structure of offensive systems and learn how to read defenses like a seasoned pro.
- Lesson 3: Commanding the Offense: Run Game, Pass Protection, Tags and Passing Game – Discover how to control protections, call audibles, and become the offense’s brain on the field.
- Lesson 4: Quarterback Operating System & Progression Reads – Develop a mental framework for making fast, accurate reads and executing at a high level.

Capital QB’s was founded by 8-time champion Head Coach Ron Raymond of Ottawa, Ontario in June 2011.
Coach Ron Raymond has played and coached the Quarterback position in the Ottawa area for over 30 years and has helped develop hundreds of amateur and university quarterbacks since he started the school in 2011.
