1. Who We Are
Capital QB’s provides athletic training, quarterback coaching, leadership development, and sports-education programs for youth and teen athletes.
Capital QB’s is not a gambling, gaming, or wagering service, and operates independently from ATS Stats.
2. Eligibility
Participants must:
- Be of appropriate age for the registered program
- Have parent/guardian consent if under 18
- Be physically capable of participating in athletic activity
- Provide accurate registration information
We reserve the right to refuse service if information is incomplete or inaccurate.
3. Registration & Payment
All registrations are processed securely through Stripe or approved payment providers.
By registering, you agree:
- To pay all listed fees
- That fees may differ between programs
- That registration is only confirmed once payment is received
If Capital QB’s must cancel a session (weather, facility issues, coach illness, or safety concerns), you will receive a makeup session or credit toward a future program.
4. Refund Policy
Because our programs have limited enrollment and pre-booked facility time, refunds are generally not issued except in:
- Program cancellation by Capital QB’s
- Severe injury preventing participation (doctor’s note required)
If you withdraw voluntarily, credits may be offered at our discretion but are not guaranteed.
5. Code of Conduct
All athletes and parents agree to:
- Respect coaches, staff, and other players
- Demonstrate sportsmanship
- Follow facility rules
- Maintain a safe training environment
We reserve the right to remove any athlete for behavior that jeopardizes safety or disrupts training.
No refunds will be issued for removal due to misconduct.
6. Assumption of Risk
Football and athletic training carry inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge:
- Injuries can occur
- You assume full responsibility for participation
- Capital QB’s is not liable for injuries resulting from normal athletic activity
Parents/guardians must ensure athletes are medically cleared to participate.
7. Media & Photography Consent
By attending Capital QB’s programs, you grant permission for:
- Photos, video clips, or training footage
- Marketing materials (website, social media, print)

8. Website Use
You agree not to:
- Misuse or attempt to breach site security
- Copy or redistribute training materials without written permission
- Use the website for illegal, harmful, or disruptive purposes
All content on CapitalQBs.com is owned by Capital QB’s and may not be reproduced without consent.
9. Waivers & Releases
By registering, you acknowledge:
- You have read and agree to all program waivers
- You release Capital QB’s, coaches, and facilities from liability related to normal training activity
- You understand participation is voluntary
10. Program Changes
Capital QB’s reserves the right to:
- Change schedules
- Adjust locations
- Substitute coaches
- Modify program structures
We will notify you of changes as early as possible.
11. Privacy & Data Use
We collect only the information necessary to:
- Process registrations
- Communicate with families
- Deliver training services
- Maintain account security
We never sell or share personal information with outside parties except payment processors used for transactions.
