Capital QB’s was founded by 8-time champion Head Coach Ron Raymond of Ottawa, Ontario in June 2011. Coach Ron Raymond has played and coached the Quarterback position in the Ottawa area for over 30 years and has helped developed hundreds of amateur and university quarterback and players since he started the school in 2011.

Coach Raymond credits his military background with a lot of his team success, as preparation and structure are one of the key fundamentals to a championship season. Every year, the biggest challenges coaches encounter entering a new season, is the “buy-in” from coaches, players, and organisations.

If you don’t get the buy-in from the beginning of training camp, I can assure all new and upcoming coaches, you’ll be in for a long season. However, that’s why we coach the game of football, the ultimate challenge of taking a new team every season and getting them to raise their work standards and work as a team to find success one practice at a time.
