Push-Up Challenge (40 Points Total)
- Objective: Perform as many push-ups as possible within the time limit to demonstrate upper body strength and endurance.

- Method: Participants are required to do standard military-style push-ups. This involves keeping the back straight and lowering the body until the elbows reach a 90-degree angle before pushing back up.
- Scoring System:
- 0-20 Push-Ups: 10 points total.
- 21-40 Push-Ups: 20 points total.
- 41+ Push-Ups: 40 points total. Points are awarded based on the total number of push-ups completed within these ranges.
- Rules:
