Dome QB Training #4 – Footwork & Throwing Session (Louis Riel Dome)

Capital QB’s weekend sessions will be broken into two groups, younger (8-11 yrs) and older age groups (12-18 yrs) with their assigned QB coaches.
The weekend quarterback sessions are 15 weeks in duration, while the first 8 weeks will be geared towards a teaching component to each workout, while Week 9 to 15 will be taking everything you’ve learned in the first 8 weeks and works on speed and quickness.
