Pro-Agility Shuttle (5-10-5)

The Pro-Agility Shuttle is an essential test for quarterbacks, as it closely simulates the quick lateral movements and change-of-direction skills required during gameplay. It not only measures the physical ability to move quickly but also tests the athlete’s coordination and balance under rapid directional changes, reflecting the dynamic demands placed on a quarterback during a football game.
