🏈 About Coach Ron Raymond
Capital QB’s Founder & Head Coach
Capital QB’s was founded in June 2011 by 8-time champion Head Coach Ron Raymond of Ottawa, Ontario.
With over 30 years of playing and coaching experience at the Quarterback position in the Ottawa area, Coach Raymond has been instrumental in developing hundreds of amateur and university quarterbacks and players since the school’s inception in 2011.
Crucially, Coach Raymond brings a unique, dual perspective to quarterback development, having recently served as the Defensive Coordinator for the St. Matthew Tigers for the last two seasons. This defensive expertise allows his quarterbacks to learn how defenses attack, diagnose pressure, and recognize coverage disguises—giving them a massive strategic advantage.
