Welcome to our 1st Annual Cadets QB Camp! I’m excited to introduce young quarterbacks to the fundamentals of the game in a fun and supportive environment. At this camp, you’ll learn the basics of being a quarterback, from your stance to throwing mechanics and much more. Our team is here to help you build confidence and skills that will set the foundation for your football journey. Let’s work hard, have fun, and grow together on the field!

Camp Details

Are you ready to start your journey as a quarterback? The 1st Annual Capital QB’s Cadets QB Camp is the perfect opportunity for young athletes aged 9 to 13 to learn, grow, and have fun while developing their football skills. This introductory camp is designed specifically for this age group, providing a strong foundation in the basics of quarterback play, all within a supportive and exciting environment.

What to Expect at the Cadets QB Camp

Welcome and Introduction

• Start the day with a warm welcome and an overview of the camp’s goals.
• Meet our friendly coaches who are here to help you learn and succeed.

Fun Warm-Up

• Get moving with fun and easy QB warm-up activities to get your body ready for the day.

Fundamental Skills Stations

• Rotate through stations that focus on the basics every quarterback needs to know.
• Learn how to stand like a quarterback, give handoffs, and throw the football the right way.

Skill-Building Drills

• Practice drills to help you improve your aim, timing, and teamwork.
• Understand why working together on the field is so important.

Mini-Games and Challenges

• Have fun playing mini-games that let you try out what you’ve learned.
• Friendly competitions help you practice your new skills and make new friends.

Cool Down and Reflection

• Finish the day with some stretching to relax your muscles.
• Think about what you’ve learned and share your favorite parts of the day.

Closing Ceremony

• Gather for a quick wrap-up where coaches will share their final thoughts.
