Come join the University of Ottawa Gee-Gees Football program for our Spring 2014 position-specific one-day football camps, as well as our Summer 2014 week-long Football Skills Camp. Participants will receive one-on-one coaching from the uOttawa Gee-Gees coaching staff.
- Junior Quarterback Camp (ages 8 to 13), as well as our Kicking Camp (ages 14 to 18), will run on Saturday, April 5.
- Senior Quarterback Camp (ages 14 to 18) and Offensive Lineman Camp (ages 14 to 18) will take place on Saturday, April 12.
Each camp will consist of two on-field sessions, as well as two film room sessions. The camps will focus on development and refinement of position-specific skills, fundamentals, and mechanics.
On-field sessions will be filmed, and participants will receive film-based feedback and coaching points during the film room sessions. A copy of the camp film and a drill manual will be provided for each participant. The camps will take place in the Gee-Gees Dome located at Gee-Gees Field (200 Lees Avenue).
Our week-long Football Skills Camp (ages 8 to 16) will run from Monday, July 14 to Friday, July 18. Through two-a-day training sessions, the camp will not only focus on skill development, but will also aim to develop strong leadership and teamwork skills.
Each of these camps provides an excellent opportunity for minor football players to sharpen their skills under the guidance of some of the top football coaches in the country.
