Welcome and thank you for visiting our Maroons Training Club information page. The Maroons Training Club is operated by Coach Jean Guillaume of the Cumberland Panthers (OV) and Orleans Dukes (Midget) football club.
The Maroons Football Training Club is for players who desire to join, support and get to know this off-season skill position football training club.
The Maroons Football Training club started in 2004. The Club strives to provide an opportunity for male youth and young adults to achieve advanced personal and team-oriented football skills to play in competitive leagues. Indeed, the essence of the club is to make the players enjoy the game, increase their self-esteem, improve their physical skills, enhance their knowledge of the game in the spirit of good sportsmanship. Just like one of the greatest innovator of the game John W. Heisman, the essence of our faith is in the balance of the physical and academic progress of the player. Our vision is to empower socially, improve the mental health as well as teaching citizenship to our players throughout the teaching of the game to better our community.
Our off-season training program emphasis on conditioning, plyometrics, footwork, stretching and agility drills tailored to each position. In addition, we cover the theories of the game on defense and offense.
